What is Writing Naked?
Don't think that I have it ALL worked out for the now and future, I need help sometimes as much as you may need quality assistance, and I've most certainly been told, on several occasions, that I really need help. :) But I've gotten somewhere you may not have been yet, and perhaps I, or my associates, can help you.
Who doesn't need help sometimes? Myself, I've gone it alone too many times even when I shouldn't've. I've learned from it.
Bad and good. Negative and positive. Yet nearly everything I have, everything I've experienced, have seen, heard, felt goes into my writing--ALL of it--truths and lies and subterfuges all. But, if that makes you nervous and scared, don't read any further.
Boldness.
THAT'S WRITING NAKED.
I've read on the web that author Victor Hugo of "Les Miserables" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," etc. often wrote naked, which means, considering the thickness of his books, that he must've been naked a LOT! And cold and wet!!
But, here, with me, you can keep your clothes on, or not.
As any storyteller can tell you or anyone who's lived a life, crap happens and characters, even YOU, could change this story of mine completely all around. Or I change yours.
When that happens in my stories, the surprises are startlingly grand. And humbling. The characters, who graciously allow me the privilege of shaping and telling their stories, for the human heart, and therefore my innermost stories, whether feared or cherished, are constantly curing me of hubris, self-involvement, and delusions of utter control.
Kind of the way kids do for those of us who've helped raise a few.
These stories--not kids--make me jump off cliffs, fly blind, and unplug from my own "The Matrix." [We all look rather better with eyebrows, don't yah think? Keanu Reeves said people avoided looking at him while talking to him in the first film, until he grew his brows back. The things we artists do for our art and truth.]
THIS TOO IS WRITING NAKED--the surprises characters allowed their freedom to breathe can give us. And the deedp insight into ourselves, into my own and your own spirit that they illumine.

And, me, it's erotica, romantic erotica, Romantica™, sensual romance, women's interests, "minorities," parapsychology, and, well, you get the gist. [see our charted list] My self-proclaimed nickname in school, by the way, was that I was "a walking compendium of useless knowledge," well now, as a writer, it's useful.
I'm a perpetual, self-taught learner: Carlos Castaneda, Lynn V. Andrews, Laura Day, Edgar Cayce, Seth, and tons more.
I've actual work experience in cinema, theatre, microgravity research, banking, retail, and more. [See my short a bio at www.Neale-Sourna.com] I've been a bank group's executive office assistant, a cinema manager working crowd control, an over-worked cashier in a toy store at Christmas, and a successful Loehmann's dressing room sales attendant, which is nothing to sneeze at, because it's the ultimate of dressing rooms.
There were only two of us "successful" ones out of forty employees!
And, I've an "official" education, as well: Office Administration Cuyahoga Community College; Independent Cultural Studies at Vienna Hochschulkurse at the University of Vienna; Fine Arts in Music Theory and History, Theatre Production and Administration, and Studio Arts from Mount Vernon College and Lake Erie College; Graduate screenwriting, analysis, and critique studies at the Film and Video School of American University; screenwriting and film production with Michael Hague, Dove S-S Simens, and the Cleveland Film Society.
